This is an artificial reef. A ship sank by the Mexican Government to act as habitat for local species and attract the diving tour business. Look closely at the bottom left and you will see the camoflaged “Scorpion Fish” that Cindy is looking at here on the wreck of “Fang Ming”. We’re about 60 feet deep here.
